Designing a US Vaccination Management Platform
i360 • Agency Project at Data Sprig • 2023-2024
i360 is a vaccination management platform that helps families track immunization records while enabling pharmacists and healthcare providers to manage patient interactions.
At Data Sprig, I worked alongside the Lead Product Designer across the product experience. My main focus was adapting core workflows for mobile, with supporting contributions to the desktop experience.
My role
Understanding the vaccination workflows
We mapped the key flows and information hierarchy before moving into detailed interface design. I contributed to approximately 50% of the project's wireframes.

Early flow work used to explore navigation, task flows, and information hierarchy.
Adapting core workflows for mobile
My main focus was translating core workflows into a mobile experience for tasks such as accessing vaccination records and managing appointments.
I designed approximately 70% of the mobile high-fidelity screens.

Supporting the desktop experience
I also contributed to the desktop platform, designing interfaces for key patient and appointment workflows alongside the Lead Product Designer.

Project Scale
The wider project included 100+ screens across nine user flows, led by the Lead Product Designer. My contribution focused primarily on the mobile experience, alongside supporting desktop work.
What this project taught me
Designing for healthcare reinforced the importance of clarity and trust when users rely on accurate information.
Working across desktop and mobile strengthened my ability to adapt complex workflows for different devices while working within an established product direction.
